Post-release CeMAT RUSSIA 2023

The 13th International exhibition for materials handling, warehousing equipment and logistics, CeMAT RUSSIA, took place at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center from September 19 to 21, 2023.
A total of 202 exhibitors from Russia and 8 other countries, including the People's Republic of China, Turkey, India, and the Republic of Korea, presented their technologies and solutions for efficient warehouse logistics and supply chain management. 98 companies participated in CeMAT RUSSIA for the first time. The exhibition was spread across three halls and outdoor, with a total area of more than 16 500 square meters.
Over the course of three days, the exhibition was visited by 8 294 professionals from 79 regions of Russia.
CeMAT RUSSIA 2023 featured over 300 brands and approximately 300 units of warehouse equipment. Participating companies included COMITAS, FIRST, ATEUCO, STELLMART, Jungheinrich, JAC, FM Logistic, RackFork Micron, AXELOT, ZAUBERG, and major equipment manufacturers from China, such as MIMA, Zowell, Noblelift, and many others.
For the first time, CeMAT RUSSIA was held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Deputy Minister Mikhail Ivanov visited the stands of the largest manufacturers from Russia and foreign countries and gave a positive assessment of both the exhibition itself and the overall development of the industry.

   Traditionally, CeMAT RUSSIA showcased new solutions in warehouse automation and the organization of warehouse and intralogistics complexes:

• Yandex Market's Robotics Center introduced its brand, Market Robotics;
• Jungheinrich Russia presented a new brand of warehouse equipment;
• RackFork equipment was presented for the first time – a brand under which the Linde MH and STILL subsidiaries will continue to operate in Russia;
• The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation's booth showcased domestic warehouse equipment, advanced projects, and innovations.

Within the TRANSPACK special theme product group, companies such as «GOTEK», one of Russia's largest developers and manufacturers of corrugated packaging, The First Cellular Cardboard Factory, Sealed Air, Bristol Group, Pallet Shop, GT conveyors, and others introduced visitors to the latest solutions for transport packaging, packaging equipment, and packaging process automation.

Ilya Shimaev, a leading specialist in the logistics department of «GOTEK», noted: «If you work in the field of logistics, CeMAT RUSSIA, along with the TRANSPACK exhibition, helps you

keep up with modern trends. At the exhibition, you can see new trends, get acquainted with new technologies, and gain cutting-edge experience».

A rich business program is a distinctive feature of every CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition. This year, the program included 35 events organized with the participation of members of the exhibition's Expert Council and authoritative partner companies: Coordination Council of Logistics (CCL), SCM Academy, COMITAS, and the «Logistics» magazine. The total number of attendees at business program events exceeded 2 500 participants.

As part of the «Solutions Gallery» special project, 14 presentations of new products from exhibition participants took place, including ATEUCO, Inlocker, FIRST, Photomechanics, Reshape Analytics, RackFork, SOLVO, Intekey, InStock Technologies, LOGAREON, UPwms brand, and Vertical Trading Company.

AXELOT held its own two-day conference, «Logistics 2023: Tools, Leadership Experience, Solutions», which was attended by nearly 200 participants.

Companies such as LogistiX Group, TechnoSpark, Jungheinrich, COMITAS, and InStock Technologies also organized their events as part of the program.

SBER participated in the business program with an expert session titled «The Future of Russian Robotics in Logistics: Trends and Opinions».  During the event, relevant topics related to the development of automation and robotics in warehouse operations were discussed, as well as the state and market needs.

Over the course of three days, 144 professionals, including logistics department heads and supply chain management teams from leading companies in the country such as X5, OZON, Wildberries, SIBUR, Detskiy Mir, Russian Post, FM Logistic, Protek, EFKO, Yandex, Snow Queen, Magnit, Okay, Ascona, MTS, and others, shared their experience and expertise.

The event received partner support from companies such as Cainiao, Quehenberger, SCAMATIC, Stellazhi Medved, and GTLogistics. The organizers expressed their gratitude to the partners for their support.

The next CeMAT RUSSIA will take place from September 17 to 19, 2024, at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Pavilion 1.
