Four-way Shuttle Intelligent Storage System
It is a major form of intelligent dense storage. The system consists of four-way shuttle, fast vertical lift, horizontal conveyor system, racking system and WMS/WCS management and control system. It has the characteristics of large storage density, stable system operation, high safety redundancy, and strong expansion of inventory efficiency at the later stage. The four-way shuttle can automatically switch between the longitudinal storage lane and the lateral transfer passage in a 90-degree direction. This system is the main application form in the field of non-dense automated storage. Compared with dense storage systems, this system can manage any pallet position, and it is suitable for storage systems that covers a large number of SKUs and is required for returning and sorting.
